On October 16, 2026, Trombini welcomed students from the Catadores de Futuro project to its Curitiba facility in Paraná, Brazil, for a visit focused on knowledge sharing, introducing them to the industrial environment, and exploring new opportunities for professional development.
The initiative receives institutional support from Trombini and aims to provide children and grandchildren of recyclable material collectors with training in Information Technology (IT), expanding access to knowledge and helping create new career opportunities.
Technology and Industry in Practice
The program was organized into two parts, giving students the opportunity to engage with different areas and activities within the company.

Exploring the World of IT
Trombini’s IT Coordinator, Marcelo Etges, alongside analysts Elrumer Ribas and Nuno Gonçalves, led a discussion on the demands of the technology market, professional skills, and the importance of continuous learning for career development.
The meeting also allowed students to learn more about the work of IT professionals and the challenges they face in their daily activities.
An Experience in the Industrial Environment
Next, the students visited Trombini’s paper bag manufacturing facility, where they observed production processes firsthand and gained a better understanding of how an industrial operation works. The experience connected the knowledge shared during the visit with the realities of the corporate and industrial environment.

Education and Social Inclusion That Create Opportunities
The visit was made possible through the involvement of professionals from different areas of Trombini. The initiative was organized by Silvia Kulak, Social Development Analyst (HR), with support from Caroline Stonoga, Business Partner (BP) Analyst. The students’ visit to the factory was accompanied by Everton Tanferre and Sabrina Rosas Carneiro, from the Occupational Health and Safety Department (SESMT).
Trombini’s support for the Catadores de Futuro project reinforces its commitment to education, innovation, and social inclusion. We believe that connecting young people with knowledge and different professional environments helps expand opportunities and build a future with more possibilities.
