With this purpose, our managers (Corporate Coordinators, Sales and Production Managers, and Superintendents) participated in a training workshop focused on strengthening strategic vision and preparing for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Led by Luzio Strategy Consulting, the workshop provided opportunities for learning, reflection, and the exchange of experiences. Throughout the training, our leaders were encouraged to reflect on how our actions and decisions are connected to the current business environment and future market perspectives.
The discussions covered topics related to sustainable growth, priority setting, and the importance of directing efforts toward initiatives that truly generate value for our business. More than simply planning for growth, the workshop reinforced the importance of making conscious strategic choices capable of driving results and strengthening Trombini’s competitiveness.
